ORCA Servicesa ims to deliver all necessary services for the peace of mind of owners at time of renting their properties, either in temporary letting as well as annual rentals, getting incomes without trouble.

In the other hand, we also provide to tenants a complete set of services, since cleaning to transport and activities management, to ensure you will have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We hold a good team of professionals as cleaners, maintenance staff and commercial partners to provide a complete rental service through orcaservices.org or orcaservices.es, widespread in many localities.

Customer service and delivery / collection of keys: Our staff will attend to your customers at the time of handing and collection of keys in your rented property. Customer cash payments will be safety manage by our partners who will proceed to pay owners by bank transference or any other convenience way. Our partners will proceed to the management and payment of rental deposits, and they will check out the property against possible damages at the time of entering and leaving of customers. Our partners will attend your customers at any incident during the period in which your property is rented, managing the troubleshooting and repairs to be made, whilst keeping owners constantly informed.

SERVICE PRICE::

FREE FOR ANY RENTAL, depending of location and collaboration agreement on the rental property.

The incidents management and repairs on your property are charged separately, reporting costs prior execution.

There may be extra fees previously informed for customer attention before 8am or after 8pm.

Cleaning of properties: We have experienced staff in properties cleaning during rental periods, before and after every rental. The service is charged by hours of work following standard time tables by properties size, allowing us to offer a quality service at competitive prices.

PRICE SERVICE:

AROUND 10 EUROS PER HOUR, depending on the locality.

Annual Property Maintenance: We provide a property maintenance service throughout the entire year, fulfilling periodic cleaning as well as repairs or managements to keep your property in perfect conditions, covering rented and not rented periods.

PRICE SERVICE:

AROUND 50 EUROS MONTHLY AT ONE YEAR CONTRACT, depending on location and size of the property.

Includes all maintenance cleaning during property empty periods and up to 10 cleanings during periods of occupation of the dwelling. Not included gardening.
