WORK PLACEMENTS

For European students and professionals older than 18 years old, who wish to enjoy a work experience in a Spanish environment, we offer a number of alternatives since work placement in Spanish companies of different sectors to volunteering work and Au Pair placements.

Spanish people do not use to be skilled in English language, for what you will need to hold a proper command of Spanish to be able to communicate with your colleagues. You will be requested a level of Spanish language higher than B2 to carry out any work placement.

We will test your Spanish skills previously offering you any placement. In case you do not fulfil a higher command of Spanish than B2, what it's the case of most of our participants, we will prepare you throughout a Spanish intensive course during one month.

Work placements

We offer work placements in Castellon companies and surroundings in different economic sectors.

We request a minimum stay of 5 months, plus one month of intensive Spanish course if needed.

Accommodation will be offer in share flat or host family on half board basis.

A personal tutor will attend you during the whole internship, as well as you will perform Spanish tutorials twice a week, and you will dispose of all course materials for free.

At the end of your internship you will receive certifications and an individual report of knowledge from the school and work placement company.

We include in our service the management of transportation from your place to your property rented or host family. We will search for the most convenience ways of transport depending your needs, managing airplane, train or long distance bus tickets, as well as private car or bus lines from the stations to your accommodation if need it, giving you all the information and maps to avoid getting lost.

Also we will advice you over issues as opening a bank current account, health assistance card, and also eating, shopping and clubbing in the locality.

Summer camp (Kids & Teenagers)

For students from 10 to 17 years old, we offer Spanish courses combined with fun activities including water sports, climbing, high ropes as well as excursions and visits to the Waterpark, planetarium, Valencia city and more.

Spanish lessons are supplied on the morning from Monday to Friday fulfilling 15 hours per week. 

Accommodation will be supplied in a campsite next to the beach, 20 minutes away from Castellon centre, where kids and teenagers from everywhere socialised in a Spanish-speaking environment, whilst enjoying funny activities and events.

The summer camp program fulfils the highest standards of safety, managed by trained staff to carry out all activities provided, as well as expert tutors to care of kids and teenagers.

Au Pair placements

We manage Au Pair placements for female EU citizens from 17 to 30 years old in trustful families selected and interviewed for us.

Lodging is provided by host families located in Castellon and surroundings, on full board basis.

By Spanish law, an au pair must be provided with 50 to 60 euros a week in return for 30 hours of work; for 40 hours of work, 80 to 90 euros.

The specific conditions of each host family regarding tasks to be developed, responsibilities and accommodation conditions will be signed for the parts before fulfilling an Au Pair placement.
